<br />4. Special precautions to be taken by <br />the person conducting the public dance to <br />assure the maintenance o~ order and the public <br />health, safety and welfare, including, but not <br />limited to: <br /> <br />a. The number and qualifications <br />of security personnel. <br /> <br />b. Age limitations, if any, of <br />persons to be admitted to such public <br />dances. <br /> <br />c. Parking facilities available <br />to persons attending such public dances. <br /> <br />d. Whether or not alcoholic beverages, <br />wine or intoxicating malt liquors will be <br />served at such public dances. <br /> <br />e. Such other information as is re- <br />quired by the City Manager. <br /> <br />106.040. License Issuance. The Council may <br />issue a public dance license to an applicant after <br />reviewing the license application and conducting <br />such additional invesitgation as it deems necessary. <br />The Council may place reasonable restrictions on <br />the license. Such restrictions may include the <br />matters set forth in the application and such other <br />matters as the Council deems appropriate. <br /> <br />106.050. License Fee. A license fee of $ 100.00 <br />per year shall be paid to the City before a license <br />may be issued, except if a nonprofit organization <br />conducts no more than two public dances in any calendar <br />year, it need not pay a fee for its license. <br /> <br />106.060. Violations. Any person conducting a <br />public dance without a license or contrary to a re- <br />striction on a license shall be guilty of a mis- <br />demeanor. The license of any person found guilty of <br />a violation of any restriction of the license shall <br />be immediately cancelled. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />2 . <br />
