<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA

<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
<br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall
<br />on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of April, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None.

<br />Councilmember P. Johnsonintroduced the following resolution and moved its
<br />adoption:
