EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, county of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on 26th day of May 1992, at 7: 30 p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson¡ Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. MemberP. Johnsodntroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 8802 A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING VACATION OF A PORTION OF THE WEST SNELLING AVENUE FRONTAGE ROAD. WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said street in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that by reason the frontage road is not needed it would be beneficial to the public interest to recommend vacating the street; Now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby recommends vacating the public street over the property described as follows: That part of Outlot C, Slawik Park, which lies Southerly of the Easterly extension across said Outlot C of a line 8.04 foot Southerly of an parallel to the North line of Outlot B, said Slawik Park which lies Westerly of a line run parallel with and distant 40 feet easterly of Line 1 described below, northerly of a line run parallel with and distant 70 feet northerly of Line 2 described below and Easterly of a line run parallel with and distant 30 feet easterly of line 3 described below: Line 1. Beginning at the point of termination of Line 2 described below; thence run northerly at right angles to said Line 2 for 290.58 feet; thence deflect to the right on a tangential curve having a radius of 818.51 feet and a delta angle of 33 degrees 28 minutes 53 seconds for 478.31 feet; thence on tangent to said curve for 35.48 feet; thence deflect to the left on a tangential curve having a radius of 818.51 feet and a delta angle of 31 degrees 07 minutes 19 seconds for 444.6 feet and there terminating;
