<br />All trees on such premises marked with a <br />designated symbol must be removed by <br />" <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />by adding Section 210.040 to read as follows: <br /> <br />210.040. Stockpiling and Storage of Elm Logs. <br />No person shall stockpile or store elm logs with <br />the bark intact without first having obtained a <br />permit to do so. The City Manager or an authorized <br />employee may issue permits upon proper application <br />for the stockpiling or storage of such logs only <br />between September 15 and April 1 of the following <br />year and only at locations which are specified in <br />the permit. The fee for such permits shall be $5.00. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City Roseville <br /> <br />this 25th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />June <br /> <br /> <br />, 1979. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~/~ <br /> <br />Manager <br />
