CITY OF ROSEVILLE AN ORDINANCE NO. 854 * * * * * * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTIONS 5.521 AND 5.522 DEFINING MOTOR VEHICLES AND MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS AND BY AMENDING SECTIONS 8.350, 10.290 AND 10.320 BY ADDING MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS AND MOTOR VEHICLE LEASING AS SPECIAL USES IN GENERAL BUSINESS DIS- TRICTS, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS AND GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS. The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: I. The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by adding Sections 5.521 and 5.522 to read as follows: 5.521. Motor Vehicle. Any self-propelled vehicle not operated exclusively upon railroad tracks and any vehicle propelled or drawn by a self-propelled vehicle. 5.522. Motor Vehicle Deal~r. Any person regularly engaged in the business of selling; purchasing and generally deal-' ing in new and used motor vehicles having any established place of business for the sale, trade and display of new and used motor vehicles and having in his possession new and used vehicles for the purposes of sale or trade. II. Section 8.350 (Uses by Special Permit in General Business Districts) of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: 8.350. Uses by Special Permit in General Business Districts. Uses by special permit in B-3 Districts are: (1) Automobile repair. (2) Boats and marine showrooms. (3) Building material establishments where dimension lumber, millwork, cabinets, and other building materials are kept for sale. (4) Commercial Auto Washing. (5) Drive-ins.
