These are restaurants designed to serve food primarily to be con- sumed off the premises, or a self service restaurant when food is eaten on the premises. (15) Open Sales Lots. (16) Outdoor areas where merchandise, machinery or equipment may be displaced or stored. (17) Motor Vehicle Dealers. This provision authorizes the sale of new motor vehicles by a motor vehicle dealer and the sale of used motor vehicles by a motor vehicle dealer but only in conjunction with sales of new motor vehicles. (18) Rental and Leasing of Motor Vehicles, including the re- sale of motor vehicles previously rented or leased by the leasing or rental business owner. III. Section 10.290 (Uses by Special Permit in Light Industrial Districts) of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended as follows: 10.290. (3) Gasoline service stations. (4) Storage, enclosed, of the following: coal and gas; junk and salvage; refrigerator plants; scrap metal; paper and rags. (5) Wood and lumber storage, bulk processing and wood working, including saw mills and planing mills, excel- sior, plywood and veneers and wood preserving treatment. (6) Commercial Auto Washing. (7) Sales and rental of contractors equipment. (8) Concrete Batch Plants. (9) Dog Kennels. (10) Sales, service and repair of engines. (11) Motor Vehicle Dealers. This provlslon authorizes the sale of new motor vehicles by a motor vehicle dealer and the sale of used motor vehicles by a motor vehicle dealer but only in conjunction with sales of new motor vehicles.
