<br />-3- <br /> <br />(12) Rental and Leasing of Motor Vehicles, including the <br />resale of motor vehicles previously rented or leased <br />by the leasing or rental business owner. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Section 10.320 (Uses by Special Permit in General Industrial <br />Districts) of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br />by adding paragraphs (8) and (9) to read as follows: <br /> <br />(8) Motor Vehicle Dealers.
