<br />any provisions of this chapter. <br /> <br />(4) The applicant is less than eighteen (18) <br />years of age. <br /> <br />Section 129.060 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />129.060. Revocation or Suspension of Registration. <br /> <br />A registration may be revoked or suspended for any of <br /> <br />the following reasons: <br /> <br />(a) Fraud, deception or misrepresentation ln <br />connection with the registration application. <br /> <br />(b) A violation of any provision of this chapter. <br /> <br />(c) Conviction of criminal sexual conduct, pro- <br />stitution, pandering, indecent conduct or keeping a <br />disorderly house. <br /> <br />(d) Conviction of any crime or ordinance violation <br />arising out of the practice of massage. <br /> <br />(e) Exhibition of a demonstrable lack of skill ~n <br />the practice of massage. <br /> <br />Section 129.070 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />126.070. Restrictions and Regulations. <br /> <br />(a) Any person registered as a masseur or <br />masseuse hereunder shall display such registration or <br />a true copy thereof in a prominent place at such <br />person's place of employment. <br /> <br />(b) Upon demand by any police officer at the place <br />of employment, any person registered hereunder shall <br />produce correct identification identifying himself by <br />his true legal name and correct address. <br /> <br />(c) During business hours, all massage parlors <br />shall be open to inspection by City Building and <br />License Inspectors, Health Officers and Police Officers. <br /> <br />(d) Any person registered hereunder shall practice <br />massage only at such location or locations as are <br />designated in the registration. Any person registered <br />hereunder shall inform the City Manager in writing of <br />any change in location prior to its occurrence. <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
