<br />Subd. 4. Club License. Club licenses for the sale <br />of intoxicating beverages to be consumed on the licensed <br />premises may be issued to any nonprofit organization, duly <br />organized under the laws of the state for civic, fraternal, <br />social or business purposes, or for intellectual improve- <br />ment or for the promotion of sports, which has been in <br />existence for more than 15 years, and any congressionall y <br />chartered veterans organization which has been in exis- <br />tence for more than ten years prior to January 1, 1969, <br />which shall have more than 50 members, and which shall, <br />for more than one year, have owned, hired, or leased a <br />building or space in a building of such extent and <br />character as may be suitable and adequate for the <br />reasonable and comfortable accommodation of its mem- <br />bers and whose affairs and management are conducted by <br />a board of directors, executive committee, or other <br />similar body chosen by the members of the club or its <br />guests. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. Special License for Sunday Sales. A <br />special license authorizing sales on Sunday in conjunction <br />with the serving of food may be issued to any hotel, <br />restaurant, or club which has an on-sale license. A special <br />Sunday license is not needed for Sunday sales by wine <br />licensees. <br /> <br />151.030. Application for License. <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Form. Every application for a license <br />under this ordinance shall state the name of applicant, his <br />age, representations as to his character, with such <br />references as the council may require, his citizenship, the <br />type of license applied for, the business in connection with <br />which the proposed license will operate and its location, <br />whether the applicant is owner and operator of the <br />business, how long he has been in that business at that <br />place, and such other information as the council may <br />require from time to time. In addition to containing such <br />information, the application shall be in the form pre- <br />scribed by the liquor control director and shall be verified <br />and filed with the city clerk. No person shall make a false <br />statement in an application. From time to time, at the <br />request of the city manager, a licensee will provide data <br />to the city concerning that portion of its revenues <br />attributable to the sale of food and the sale of liquor <br />and/or wine. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Liability Insurance. Prior to the issuance <br />of a liquor license, the applicant shall file with the city <br />clerk a liquor liability insurance policy in the amount of <br />$100,000.00 coverage for one person and $200,000.00 <br />coverage for more than one person and complying with the <br />
