<br />(3) Upon the submission of detailed plans and <br />specifications and upon the written approval of the Fire <br />Chief and the Fire Marshal, tanks may be mounded above <br />grade. <br /> <br />35.060 Establishment of Motor Vehicle Routes for <br />Vehicles Trans ortin Ex losives and Blastin A ents. <br />Designate routes or ve ic es transportmg exp OSlves and <br />blasting agents are hereby established as follows: State <br />Trunk Highway 36 from Rice Street west to the west City <br />limits, State Highway 280 from the south City limits to <br />the confluence with STH No. 36 and Interstate 35W to the <br />north City limits, Snelling Avenue north of STH No. 36 to <br />County Road "C", County Road "C" from Snelling Avenue <br />west to Long Lake Road, Fairview A venue from County <br />Road "C" north to the intersection of Terrace Drive, Long <br />Lake Road south from County Road "C" to Terminal Road, <br />Terminal Road west to the Minnesota Transfer Railway <br />tracks, and St. Croix Street south from Terminal Road to <br />STH No. 36. <br /> <br />35.070. Open Flame Fire On Apartment Balconies. <br />Except in dwellings of all masonry construction, no <br />multiple dwelling owner, resident or other person shall <br />set, kindle, maintain or permit any fire or open flame on <br />any balcony of a multiple dwelling or apartment building <br />in any barbecue, torch or similar heating, cooking, burning <br />or lighting equipment or device, except in a barbecue <br />affixed to the balcony in a manner to be prescribed by the <br />City Fire Chief and with an enclosed cover. <br /> <br />35.080. Igniting Fluids Prohibited. The use of <br />igniting fluids in barbecues permitted in multiple dwelling <br />units by the preceding Section is prohibited. <br /> <br />35.090. Permits Required. No person shall, without <br />first obtaining a permit from the Fire Prevention Bureau, <br />conduct, process or install any of the following equipment: <br />(1) any automatic fire sprinkling system, (2) any auto- <br />matic fire extinquishing system, (3) any above ground or <br />underground liquid fuel storage tank, (4) any above ground <br />or underground liquified petroleum tank, or (5) any above <br />ground or underground liquified natural gas storage tank. <br />A fee as set forth in the current edition of the Uniform <br />Building Code shall be paid for each permit required by <br />this section. <br />
