Prohibi ted. Storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited in all areas other than those zoned "1-1" and 1- 2" and then only when stored in accordance with NFPA No. 495. 35.040. Establishment of Limits of Districts in which Storage of Flammable Liquids in Outside Above Ground Tanks is to be Prohibited. (a) The limits referred to in Section 79-201(a) of the Uniform Fire Code in which storage of flammable liquids in outside above ground tanks is prohibited, are hereby established as follows: All areas other than that area bounded by Cleveland A venue, STH No. 36, the north City Limits and the west City limits. (b) The limits referred to in Section 76.601 of the Uniform Fire Code, in which new bulk plants for flam- mable liquids are prohibited are hereby established as follows: All areas other than that area bounded by Cleveland Avenue, STH No. 36, the north City limits and the west City limits. 35.050. Establishments of Limits in Which Bulk Stora e of Li uified Petroleum Gas is to be Restricted. The limits referred to in Section 82.105 a of the Uniform Fire Code in which bulk storage of liquified petroleum gas is restricted are hereby established as follows: All areas except those areas zoned "1-1" and "1-2". Such storage is permissible in "B-1", "B-IB", "B-2" and "B-3" districts by special use permit issued by the City Council. 35.055. Protection Systems for Liquified Petroleum Gas Storage. All bulk storage facilities for liquified petroleum gas containing 2,000 gallons water capacity or more shall be stored in tanks protected from fire by one of the following protection systems: (1) A pre-action water spray system designed in accordance with National Fire Protection Association Standard No. 15 which is hereby adopted by reference. (2) Tanks coated with a water based, thermally activated, subliming, intumescent fire-proofing insulation capable of passing a minimum fire resistance test of one hour when tested on steel pressure vessels using standard industry tests; the surface coating shall be impermable and hard-shelled to resist weathering.
