<br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 873 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 30.090, 32.010, 32.050, 32.060, <br />32.070, 32.080, 32.101, 32.110, 31.170, 32.180,32.185, 32.190. 32.250, 32.290, and <br />32.300 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE PROVIDING FOR <br />NEW PERMIT RATES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 30.090 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />30.090. Reinspection Fee. Whenever it becomes necessary <br />for any inspector to reinspect any work which has been found faulty <br />during the inspection, a reinspection fee of $10.00 shall be paid by the <br />permittee. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 32.010, Subdivisions (2) and (3), of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(2) Table of Building Permit Fees. <br /> <br />TOTAL VALUATION <br />$501.00 to $2,000.00 <br /> <br />$2,001.00 to $25,000.00 <br /> <br />$25,001.00 to $50,000.00 <br /> <br />$50,001.00 to $100,000.00 <br /> <br />FEE <br /> <br />$10.00 for the first $500.00 plus $1.50 <br />for each additional $100.00 or fraction <br />thereof to and including $2,000.00 <br /> <br />$32.50 for the first $2,000.00 plus $6.00 <br />for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction <br />thereof, to and including $25,000.00 <br /> <br />$170.50 for the first $25,000.00 plus <br />$4.50 for each additional $1,000.00 or <br />fraction thereof, to and including <br />$50,000.00 <br /> <br />$283.00 for the first $50,000.00 plus <br />$3.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or <br />fraction thereof, to an including <br />$100,000.00 <br />
