When the valuation of the proposed construction exceeds $1,000.00 and a plan is required to be submitted by this Code, a plan-checking fee shall be paid at the time of submitting plans and specifications for checking. Plan-checking fees for all buildings, except categories I and J of the 1979 Uniform Building Code, shall be 65% of the building permit fees as set forth in the table found in (2) of this section. Where plans are incomplete or changed so as to require additional plan-checking, an additional plan-checking fee shall be charged at a rate established by the Chief Code Enforcement Officer. III. Section 32.050 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: 32.050. Wrecking of Buildings. The applicant for a permit to demolish or wreck a building shall pay a fee of $.75 per 1000 cu. ft. or fraction thereof of actual volume of the building which is to be wrecked, but not less than $10.00. IV. Section 32.060 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: 32.060. Gas Apparatus. (1) Installation of gas piping and repairs or alterations to existing gas piping. For the installation of the necessary gas piping and for the repair or alterations to existing gas piping to furnish gas for heat, light or power to a building or structure, the permit fee charge shall be made at the rate of $10.00 for the first $500.00 or fraction thereof, plus $2.00 for each additional $500.00 or fraction thereof of the total market value of such gas piping installation, or alteration or repair. (2) Gas Appliances other than heating and process equipment.
