(2) Alterations, Repair or Extension. For any alteration, repair or extension to an existing plumbing system, where the work is of such a nature that the permit fee charge cannot be determined from the above schedule, the permit fee charge shall be made at the rate of $10.00 for the first $500.00 or fraction thereof, plus $2.00 for each additional $500.00 or fraction thereof of the total market value of such alteration, repair or extension. IX. Section 32.170(2) of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: (2) Alteration, Repair or Extension of Gas Burner Equipment For any alteration, repair or extension of existing gas burner equipment, or for the installation of gas burner equipment for which the work is of such a nature that the fee charge cannot be determined by the above method, the permit fee charge shall be made of the rate of $10.00 for the first $500.00 or fraction thereof of the total market value of such alteration, repair, extension or installation. X. Section 32.180, Subdivisions (2), (3), (5), (7), (13), and (15) of the City Code of the City of Roseville are hereby amended to read as follows: (2) Oil Burner Alterations, Repairs or Additions. For any alterations, repairs or additions to any existing oil burner or oil burning equipment, the permit fee charge shall be made at the rate of $10.00 for the first $500.00 or fraction thereof, plus $2.00 for each additional $500.00 or fraction thereof of the total market value of such alterations, repairs or additions. (3) Refrigeration Equipment Installation Less than 100,000 BTU. For the installation of refrigeration equipment under 100,000 BTU per hour capacity the permit fee charge shall be at the rate of $10.00 for the first 100,000 BTU per hour input capacity or fraction thereof plus $1.00 for each additional 100,000 BTU per hour or fraction thereof up to 100,000 BTU per hour input capacity.
