For the alteration, repair or extension of existing refrigeration equipment where the work is of such a nature that the permit fee charge cannot be determined from the above, the permit fee charge shall be made at the rate of $10.00 for the first $500.00 or fraction thereof, plus $2.00 for each additional $500.00 or fraction thereof of the total market value of such alteration, repair or installation. (7) Steam or Hot Water System Alterations, Repairs or Addi tions and for New Systems Not Included in (6) above. For any alterations, repairs or additions to an existing steam or hot water system or for any new installation where the work is of such a nature that the permit fee charge cannot be determined from (6) above, the permit fee charge shall be made at the rate of $10.00 for the first $500.00 or fraction thereof, plus $2.00 for each additional $500.00 or fraction thereof of the total market value of the work involved. (13) Domestic Portable Incinerator. For the installation of each domestic portable incinerator, the permit fee charge shall be made at the rate of $10.00 for each installation. (15) Electrical Heating Unit. For the installation of each electrical heating unit, the permit fee charge shall be $10.00 for each installation involving BTU input of 100,000 BTU or less and a fee of $1.25 for each additional 100,000 BTU input capacity or fractional portion thereof. XI. Section 32.185 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: 32.185. General Sheet Metal Work. For general sheet metal work the permit fee charge shall be made at the rate of $10.00 for the first $500.00 or fraction thereof, plus $2.00 for each additional $500.00 or fraction thereof of the total market value of such sheet metal work. XII. Section 32.190 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows:
