<br />32.190. Excavations, Grading, Surfacing and Fi1ling. For the <br />excavation, grading surfacing or filling for any building, structure, <br />plot or area of ground occupied by a building or in preparation for <br />construction of a building, the permit fee charge shall be made at the <br />rate of $10.00 for the first 1,000 square feet or fractional part <br />thereof contained in said area, plus $2.00 for each additional 1,000 <br />square feet of area, or any fractional part thereof. The backfilling <br />around a new building or structure shall be covered by the fee for the <br />area of the excavation. The fee shall not exceed $200.00 if the <br />permit is used in connection with the permit under Section 32.010. <br /> <br />XIII. <br /> <br />Section 32.250 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />32.250. Special Permits. The fee for all special permits not <br />specified by this Code shall be $10.00. <br /> <br />XIV. <br /> <br />Section 32.260 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follow: <br /> <br />32.260. Minimum Fee. The minImUm fee for any permit <br />whether or not such permit is mentioned in this Code, shall be $10.00. <br /> <br />xv. <br /> <br />Section 32.290 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />32.290. Swimming Pools. For the installation of a swimming <br />pool (not portable) the permit fee shall be as specified in the Uniform <br />Building Code valuation system but in no case shall the minimum fee <br />charged be less than $10.00. <br /> <br />XVI. <br /> <br />Section 32.300 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />32.300. Certificate of Occupancy. For a certificate of <br />occupation for new or existing residential structures, the fee charge <br />shall be at the rate of $10.00 per residential unit. <br />
