<br />(3) Extraction of sand, gravel or other material and removal <br />from the site but not processing the same on site. Said <br />special permit shall include a finished grading plan which <br />will not adversely affect the surrounding land or develop- <br />ment of surrounding land. <br /> <br />(4) Day care centers, nursery schools, dormitories for educa- <br />tional institutions provided the principal structure shall <br />not be located less than 50 feet from any adjacent lot in <br />an "R" District. Provided further that the day care <br />centers shall provide a minimum of 40 square feet of out- <br />side play area per child and provided further that the day <br />care center shall have its outside play area properly <br />fenced and screened. <br /> <br />(5) Agricultural uses, except commercial animal farms, fur <br />farms, kennels, poultry farms, and feed lots, but includ- <br />ing truck gardening, growing of nursery stock, aboretums, <br />and other horticultural uses. Any new building ancillary <br />to agriculatural uses shall not exceed 500 square feet in <br />area, nor be less than 50 feet from a property line. No <br />retail sales or structures for such purpose shall be allowed <br />as an agricultural use. The Council may grant a permit for <br />temporary greenhouses ancillary tolthorticultural uses of <br />such property, upon such terms and conditions as the <br />Council deems appropriate. The keeping of farm animals <br />shall not be permitted except as allowed in Sections <br />146.010 and 201.060 of this Code. <br /> <br />(6) Beauty Parlors with one operator and subject to the <br />restrictions of permitted home occupations in Section <br />7.020 and Section 7.030, except the Council may approve <br />the equipment to be used. <br /> <br />(7) Funeral Chapels. <br /> <br />(8) Moderate impact public or quasi-public uses when located <br />in a publicly owned building or a building which was formerly <br />publicly owned and is now owned by a church, provided that <br />no structure or building shall be nearer than 30 feet to any <br />adjacent lot in an "R" District, as defined at Section 5.505 <br />of this Code. <br /> <br />(9) Additional parking added to premises for low or moderate <br />impact public or quasi-public uses, as defined at Sections <br />5.495 and 5.505 of this Code. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Chapter 12 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding a new Section 12.035, to read as follows: <br /> <br />-3- <br />
