<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 878 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 5.560, 7.080, 7.090, 7.290, 8.030, <br />8.070, 8.080, 10.11 0, 13.060, 14.050, 14.150, 14.170, 14.200, AND 14.600, <br />ADDING SECTIONS 8.095, 10.125 AND 13.070, PROVIDING VARIOUS MISCEL- <br />LANEOUS AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING CODE. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 5.560 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />5.560. Parking Space, Automobile. A suitably surfaced and <br />permanently maintained area, either within or outside of a building, <br />of sufficient size to store one automobile as specified in this <br />ordinance. A general standard of three hundred (300) square feet per <br />space shall be used for computing parking requirements. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 7.080 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />7.080. Number of Parking Spaces. Off-street automobile <br />parking spaces shall be provided for each use as follows: <br /> <br />Dwellings: In "R-I", "R-2", "R-3A", "R-4", "R-5", R-6", <br />and "R-7", Districts, two parking spaces shall be provided per <br />dwelling unit, one-half of which shall be enclose except that the <br />enclosure requirment is not applicable in R-l. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Section 7.090 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />7.090. Size of Parking Space. Space for a single vehicle <br />shall be nine (9) feet by eighteen (18) feet or larger, provided that up <br />to fifty (50) percent of the required spaces may be not less than eight <br />
