Section 7.290 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by adding Subsection (5), to read as follows: (5) On lots without garages, houses shall be situated on the lot so that adequate space remains for a two (2) vehicle garage without variance from the requirements of the zoning code. V. Section 8.030 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: 8.030. Side Yard Set-Back. Side yard set-back shall be a minimum of ten (10) feet and when a side yardadjoins a residential district, the set-back shall not be used for parking or loading. Where a side yard faces a street (corner lot) the side yard set-back shall be thirty (30) feet. Where such a corner lot side yard faces a residential district across the street, screening shall be provided as specified in Section 8.220. VI. Section 8.070 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: 8.070. Off Street Parkin S ace Re uired in Business Districts. Space for a single vehicle shall be nine 9 feet by eighteen (18) feet or larger, provided up to fifty (50) percent of the required spaces may be not less than eight (8) feet by eighteen (I8) feet when posted "compact vehicles only".
