<br />(3) The surface drainage system shall be constructed <br />according to a plan approved by the Public Works Director. <br /> <br />(4) Private roadways within the PUD shall have an <br />improved surface of twenty-four (24) feet or more in width and <br />shall be designed and constructed so as to permit the City fire <br />trucks access to each building in the PUD. Parking on roadways <br />with the minimum twenty-four (24) feet width, shall be <br />prohibited. <br /> <br />19.190 Special Requirements for PUDs in "B" Districts. <br />The following special requirements shall apply to PUDs in "B" <br />Districts: <br /> <br />(1) The tract shall not have less than two hundred (200) <br />feet of frontage on a public street. <br /> <br />(2) The entire site other than that taken up by struc- <br />tures or landscaping, shall be surfaced. <br /> <br />(3) Off-street parking spaces shall be painted on the <br />surfaced area according to a plan which has been approved as <br />part the development plan. <br /> <br />(4) Areas shall be designated to be used exclusively for <br />off-street loading and unloading to service businesses in the <br />PUD. <br /> <br />19.200. Recreation Areas. Adequate recreation areas shall <br />be provided within the PUD to serve the needs of the anticipated <br />population to be housed therein and the plans for such recreation <br />facilities shall be approved by the Parks and Recreation Director. <br /> <br />19.210. Number of Dwelling Units. The number of dwelling <br />units permitted according to the square footage requirements of the <br />districts within which the proposed PUD is to be located and the <br />provisions of this section, may be contained within one or more <br />buildings, in accordance with the development plan. The Planning <br />Commission and the City Council, in considering the distribution of <br />the dwelling units, shall determine that the proposed residential <br />environment will be desirable and in harmony with the character of <br />the surrounding neighorhood and that it will be consistent with the <br />intent of this chapter. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage <br /> <br />and publication. <br />
