<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 884 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 11.060, AMENDING SECTIONS <br />14.020 (3) AND (4), ADDING SECTIONS 14.035, 14.036, 14.037, <br />AND 14.038, AND AMENDING SECTION 14.180, ALL PERTAINING TO NON- <br />CONFORMING SIGNS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 11.060 of the City Code of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />lS hereby repealed. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 14.020 (3) and (4) of the City Code of the City <br /> <br />if Roseville are amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(3) Business Sign. A business sign is a sign which <br />directs attention to a business, its name or address, lo- <br />cated on the premises of the business, or to a commodity, <br />service or entertainment sold or offered upon the pre- <br />mises where such sign is located. <br /> <br />(4) Advertising Sign. An advertising sign is a <br />sign which does not direct attention to a business, its <br />name or address, located on the premises of the business, <br />or to a commodity, service or entertainment sold or <br />offered upon the premises where such sign is located, <br />including all signs not otherwise permitted by this Code. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Rosevil1e is hereby amended <br /> <br />by adding new Sections 14.035, 14.036, 14.037, and 14.038 to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br />
