<br />13.340. Effective Date. This limitation on the <br />use of newspaper receptacles applies to all receptacles <br />placed after the effective date of this ordinance. Those <br />newspaper receptacles which do not comply with the pro- <br />visions of this ordinance and which were placed prior to <br />the effective date of this ordinance, shall be brought into <br />compliance with this ordinance within one year of the <br />effective date of this ordinance. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />this 10th day of August, 1981. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br />
