<br />ORDINANCE NO. 895 <br />-5- <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(9) Garages, accessory structures, screen walls and <br />exposed areas of retaining walls shall be of a similar type, <br />quality, and appearance as the principal structure. <br /> <br />(10) The ground level view of all roof-top utilities shall <br />be completely screened from contiguous properties and adjacent <br />streets, or designed to be compatible with the architectural <br />treatment of the principal structure. <br /> <br />(11) There shall be no outdoor storage of either materials <br />or products. <br /> <br />(12) Exterior truck and/or self-propelled equipment storage <br />areas accessory to the principal use, and loading and service <br />areas, must be completely screened, except at access points, <br />from the ground level view from contiguous properties and <br />adjacent streets. <br /> <br />8.430. Non-Conforming Uses Within the "B-4" Retail Office <br />Service District.
