<br />(3) Any aisle in a parking lot in an "R" zone serving a building <br />containing three (3) or more dwelling units or in any zone other than <br />an "R" zone, shall be a minimum of twenty-four (24) feet. <br /> <br />(4) On properties zoned R-l or R-2, no driveway shall be <br />located within thirty (30) feet of any right-of-way of a street <br />intersection. On properties in all other zones, no driveway shall be <br />located within forty (40) feet of any right-of-way line of a street <br />intersection. Said distances shall be measured along the property line <br />from the corner right-of-way line. <br /> <br />(5) The minimum driveway angle from a two-way access <br />street shall be sixty (60) degrees; from a one-way street it shall be <br />thirty (30) degrees. <br /> <br />(6) Driveway approaches shall be constructed of bituminous <br />or portland concrete material or other durable and dustless materials <br />approved by the Public Works Director. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Chapter 82 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by <br /> <br />adding a new Section 82.130, to read as follows: <br /> <br />82.130. Benches in Right-Of-Way. No bench may be placed <br />or maintained in a public right-of-way without securing a permit from <br />the Public Works Director and the payment of an annual license fee <br />of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). A permit shall not be issued unless <br />the bench and its placement comply with the following conditions: <br /> <br />(1) A bench may only be placed at a bus stop on an <br />established bus route. <br /> <br />(2) A bench shall be placed no nearer than four (4) feet from <br />the roadway curb or the edge of the roadway where no curb exists. <br /> <br />(3) No more than one bench may be placed at a roadway <br />intersection. <br /> <br />(4) No bench may be placed within one thousand (1,000) feet <br />of any other bench on that same roadway. <br /> <br />(5) The maximum size of a bench shall be three and one-half <br />(3Y2) feet high, seven (7) feet long, and three (3) feet wide. <br /> <br />(6) A bench shall be of a single color except a multicolored <br />advertising sign may be affixed to or may be used as the backrest of <br />the bench. <br />
