(3) Any aisle in a parking lot in an "R" zone serving a building containing three (3) or more dwelling units or in any zone other than an "R" zone, shall be a minimum of twenty-four (24) feet. (4) On properties zoned R-l or R-2, no driveway shall be located within thirty (30) feet of any right-of-way of a street intersection. On properties in all other zones, no driveway shall be located within forty (40) feet of any right-of-way line of a street intersection. Said distances shall be measured along the property line from the corner right-of-way line. (5) The minimum driveway angle from a two-way access street shall be sixty (60) degrees; from a one-way street it shall be thirty (30) degrees. (6) Driveway approaches shall be constructed of bituminous or portland concrete material or other durable and dustless materials approved by the Public Works Director. III. Chapter 82 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by adding a new Section 82.130, to read as follows: 82.130. Benches in Right-Of-Way. No bench may be placed or maintained in a public right-of-way without securing a permit from the Public Works Director and the payment of an annual license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). A permit shall not be issued unless the bench and its placement comply with the following conditions: (1) A bench may only be placed at a bus stop on an established bus route. (2) A bench shall be placed no nearer than four (4) feet from the roadway curb or the edge of the roadway where no curb exists. (3) No more than one bench may be placed at a roadway intersection. (4) No bench may be placed within one thousand (1,000) feet of any other bench on that same roadway. (5) The maximum size of a bench shall be three and one-half (3Y2) feet high, seven (7) feet long, and three (3) feet wide. (6) A bench shall be of a single color except a multicolored advertising sign may be affixed to or may be used as the backrest of the bench.
