<br />(5) A newspaper vending machine shall be of a single-color, <br />except for lettering on the machine which shall not exceed four (4) <br />inches in height. Such lettering shall identify the newspaper only <br />and shall not be an advertising sign. <br /> <br />(6) A certificate of liability insurance shall be filed with the <br />City covering the claims for damages which might arise out of the use or <br />placement of the newspaper vending machine in the public right-of-way, <br />naming the City as an additional insured.
