Statement of sources and applications of <br />funds; <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Detailed supporting schedules of <br />expenses, income, assets, and other <br />items as may be required by City; <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />5. Statement of current and projected <br />subscribers; <br /> <br />6. A current list of rates and charges of <br />Grantee applicable to systems owned or <br />operated by its parent corporation or <br />other subsidiaries or affiliates of its <br />parent corporation at other locations. <br /> <br />7. A current list of rates and charges for <br />other systems in the seven county <br />Metropolitan area; <br /> <br />8. Cash flow derived from System services <br />since the commencmeent of this <br />franchise; and <br /> <br />9. Statement of tax benefits received by <br />Grantee, its partners or shareholders, as <br />a result of their investment in System. <br /> <br />(d) City shall notify Grantee and Board and shall <br />schedule a public hearing on the requested <br />increase in Basic Service rates within two <br />weeks from the date of receipt of the request. <br />Grantee will notify the public through <br />providing notice for one week, each day <br />between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on two lowest <br />tier channels of the date, place and time of <br />the hearing. City will publish notice ten days <br />prior to hearing in its offical newspaper. <br /> <br />l <br /> <br />(e) After closing the public hearing, City will have <br />60 days within which to make its <br />determination. Approval of City shall not be <br />unreasonably withheld. <br /> <br />(f) City may utilize a rate consultant to advise it <br />on proposed rate changes and to assist it in <br />maintaining uniform rates within the rate <br /> <br />- 35 - <br />
