<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 967 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY <br />AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN <br />REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-1) TO <br />SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT (S.C.). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, and <br /> <br />16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owner filed an application with the ~ity Manager in the form of a <br /> <br />written request to rezone from Single-Family Residence District <br /> <br />(R-l) to Shopping Center District (S.C.), certain real property <br /> <br />hereafter described lying and being in the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, upon due notice, held a <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on the second day of January, 1985, <br /> <br />and made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, after due notice, held a public <br /> <br />hearing on said matter on the eleventh day of February, 1985, at <br /> <br />its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br />
