<br />ORDINANCE NO. 967 <br />-2- <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections 16.010, <br /> <br />16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, of the Zoning Code and Zoning Map <br /> <br />thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />All of Fairview Hills Addition and unplatted lands subject <br />to RD the South 5 acres of the North 6 acres of the West 15 <br />acres of the North half of the Southwest quarter of the <br />Northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, rezoned from R-1 to S.C., and that the Zoning <br /> <br />Maps be amended so that said property is classified and zoned as <br /> <br />S.C. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This rezoning will become effective upon Tanurb <br /> <br />Developments, Inc. becoming the fee owner of the property <br /> <br />described herein. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, this 11th <br /> <br />day of February <br /> <br />, 1985. <br /> <br />('7 )' /I};;'.'./ <br />, . .~, *' . .
