<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 972 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE BY REPEALING CHAPTER 109 AND AMENDING CHAPTER 151 <br />DEALING WITH NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Chapter 109 of the Ci ty Code of the City of Roseville is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Chapter 151 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is amended to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />151. Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor and Intoxicating <br />Liquor Licenses <br /> <br />151.010. Provisions of State Law Adopted. The provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 340, relating to the definition of terms, <br />licensing, consum ption, sales, conditions of bonds and licenses, hours <br />of sales except as provided in Section 151.015, and all other matters <br />pertaining to the retail sale, distribution, and consum ption of non- <br />intoxica ting malt liquor and intoxicating liquor are adopted and made <br />a part of this ordinance as if set out in full. <br /> <br />151.015. Hours of Intoxicating Liquor Sale on Sunday. "On- <br />sale" licenses of authorized sales on Sunday may serve intoxicating <br />liquors between the hours of I 0:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight on <br />Sundays. <br /> <br />151.020. <br /> <br />Licensed Required. <br /> <br />(1) General Requirement. No person, except a whole- <br />saler or manufacturer to the extent authorized <br />under state license, shall directly or indirectly deal <br />in, sell, or keep for sale in the City any non- <br />intoxicating malt liquor or intoxicating liquor with- <br />out a license to do so as provided in this ordinance. <br />Intoxica ting liquor licenses shall be of five kinds: <br />"on-sale", on-sale" wine, club, special Sunday, and <br />"off-sale". Non-intoxicating malt liquor licenses <br />shall be of two kinds: "on-sale" and "off-sale". All <br />intoxicating liquor licenses shall expire on December <br />31 of each year.
