CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 972 * * * * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY REPEALING CHAPTER 109 AND AMENDING CHAPTER 151 DEALING WITH NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES. The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: I. Chapter 109 of the Ci ty Code of the City of Roseville is hereby repealed. II. Chapter 151 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is amended to read as follows: 151. Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor and Intoxicating Liquor Licenses 151.010. Provisions of State Law Adopted. The provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 340, relating to the definition of terms, licensing, consum ption, sales, conditions of bonds and licenses, hours of sales except as provided in Section 151.015, and all other matters pertaining to the retail sale, distribution, and consum ption of non- intoxica ting malt liquor and intoxicating liquor are adopted and made a part of this ordinance as if set out in full. 151.015. Hours of Intoxicating Liquor Sale on Sunday. "On- sale" licenses of authorized sales on Sunday may serve intoxicating liquors between the hours of I 0:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight on Sundays. 151.020. Licensed Required. (1) General Requirement. No person, except a whole- saler or manufacturer to the extent authorized under state license, shall directly or indirectly deal in, sell, or keep for sale in the City any non- intoxicating malt liquor or intoxicating liquor with- out a license to do so as provided in this ordinance. Intoxica ting liquor licenses shall be of five kinds: "on-sale", on-sale" wine, club, special Sunday, and "off-sale". Non-intoxicating malt liquor licenses shall be of two kinds: "on-sale" and "off-sale". All intoxicating liquor licenses shall expire on December 31 of each year. All non-intoxicating malt liquor
