<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 989 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040 BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN <br />REAL PROPERTY FROM GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (1-2), SINGLE <br />FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-l), TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />(R-2) AND GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-3) TO RETAIL OFFICE <br />SERVICE CENTER (B-4). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, <br /> <br />16.030, and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />the property owner filed an application with the City Manager <br /> <br />in the form of a written request to rezone from General <br /> <br />Industrial District (1-2), Single Family Residence District <br /> <br />(R-l), Two Family Residence District (R-2) and General <br /> <br />Business District (B-3) to Retail Office Service Center (B- <br /> <br />4), certain real property hereinafter described lying and <br /> <br />being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the <br /> <br />same to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 4th day of <br /> <br />December, 1985, and made its recommendation to the City <br /> <br />Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on the 16th day of December, <br /> <br />1985, at its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE <br /> <br />ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br />
