<br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />That the Zoning Map of the City of Rosville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by reclassifying the following described <br /> <br />property: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, <br />Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />which lies easterly of the easterly line of <br />Interstate Highway No. 35W, and <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, <br />Township 29, Range 23, which lies 100 feet Easterly <br />of the following described line: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of said <br />Section 5, distant 480.2 feet West of the Southeast <br />corner thereof; thence run Northwesterly at an <br />angle of 76 degrees, 28 minutes with said South <br />section line for 983.85 feet; thence deflect to <br />the right at a 0 degree, 45 minute curve (delta <br />angle 12 degrees, 51 minutes, 58 seconds for <br />1,715.48 feet and there terminating; and which <br />lies Northerly of the following described line: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of said <br />Section 5, distant 1,765 feet North of the Southeast <br />corner thereof, thence run Westerly at right <br />angles with said East section line for 345 feet; <br />thence deflect to the left at an angle of 30 <br />degrees for 500 feet and there terminating. <br />Except the East 40 feet thereof taken for Cleveland <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />from 1-2, R-l, R-2 and B-3 to B-4. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force: <br /> <br />(a) upon the City Council determining a negative <br />finding on the Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet; and <br /> <br />(b) upon Woodbridge Properties, Inc., or the City <br /> <br />-2- <br />
