<br />balloon, no more than thirty-five (35) feet in <br />diameter, may be utilized as a grand opening sign, for <br />a period not to exceed two (2) weeks. No such grand <br />opening sign will be allowed if it interferes with the <br />use and enjoyment of adjacent land or constitutes a <br />danger to the public. In the event the building <br />inspector determines that such a condition exists, the <br />permit may not be granted by the building inspector. <br />The building inspector's decision may be appealed to <br />the City Council at a Council meeting following such <br />decision.
