<br />balloon, no more than thirty-five (35) feet in <br />diameter, may be utilized as a grand opening sign, for <br />a period not to exceed two (2) weeks. No such grand <br />opening sign will be allowed if it interferes with the <br />use and enjoyment of adjacent land or constitutes a <br />danger to the public. In the event the building <br />inspector determines that such a condition exists, the <br />permit may not be granted by the building inspector. <br />The building inspector's decision may be appealed to <br />the City Council at a Council meeting following such <br />decision. In addition to such grand opening signs, up <br />to two (2) searchlights may be utilized as display <br />devices in conjunction with grand openings for a time <br />period not to exceed three (3) days. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 14th <br /> <br />day of April <br /> <br />, 1986. <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />()~J.~ <br />1ty Manager <br />
