<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. P-91-02-45 of the City of Roseville on all that property
<br />located on Fairways Lane from County Road B to Fulham street and Fulham
<br />street from County Road B to Fairways Lane by the installation of
<br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, drainage, and necessary
<br />appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. P-91-02-56 of the City of Roseville on all that property
<br />located on Dellwood Avenue from County Road B to cul-de-sac, Merrill
<br />Street from County Road B to Sherren Street, Sherren Street from
<br />Dellwood Avenue to Lexington Avenue, Fernwood street from Sandhurst
<br />Drive to Sherren Street, Laurie Road from Fernwood Street to Lexington
<br />Avenue, and Sandhurst Drive from Dellwood Avenue to Lexington Avenue by
<br />the installation bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, drainage,
<br />and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. P-91-02-57 of the City of Roseville on all that property
<br />located on Burke Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Dellwood Avenue, Burke
<br />Avenue from Fernwood Avenue to Lindy Avenue, Eldridge Avenue from
<br />Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue, Karyl Place from Lindy Avenue to
<br />cul-de-sac, Shryer Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue, Ryan
<br />Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Avenue, Draper Avenue from
<br />Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Avenue, Dellwood Avenue from County Road B to
<br />Roselawn Avenue, and Lindy Avenue from Burke Avenue to Skillman Avenue
<br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter,
<br />drainage, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. P-91-02-68 of the City of Roseville on all that property
<br />located on Alta Vista Drive, Stuber Road, Alameda Street from Stuber
<br />Road to cUl-de-sac, Ro~a Avenue from Alameda street to Alta Vista Drive,
<br />and st. Albans Street from Larpenteur Avenue to cul-de-sac by the
<br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, drainage,
<br />and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice
<br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions
<br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is
<br />$2,069,719.14, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the
<br />making of said improvements amounts to $552,501.75 so that the total
<br />cost of the improvements will be $2,622,220.89, and of this cost the
<br />City will pay $1,743,053.63 as its share of the cost. The cost to be
<br />specifically assessed is hereby declared to be $636,161.38, and a direct
<br />payment by the property owners to Roseville in the amount of
<br />$243,005.88; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. P-91-03 of the city of Roseville on all that property
<br />located on Skillman Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue by
<br />the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter,
<br />drainage, and necessary appurtenances; and
