<br />WHEREAS, the foregoingiis in the areas described in the legal notice
<br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions
<br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is
<br />$173,265.49, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making
<br />of said improvements amounts to $34,732.65 so that the total cost of the
<br />improvements will be $207,998.14, and of this cost the city will pay
<br />$197,524.44 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically
<br />assessed is hereby declared to be $10,473.70; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. P-91-04 of the City of Roseville on all that property
<br />located on Terrace Drive from Lincoln Drive west 1,000' by the
<br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary
<br />sewer, drainage, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice
<br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions
<br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is
<br />$549,000, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of
<br />said improvements amounts to $502,880.00 so that the total cost of the
<br />improvements will be $1,051,880.00, and of this cost the City will pay
<br />$729,318.04 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically
<br />assessed is hereby declared to be $322,561.96; and

<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. P-91-13 of the City of Roseville on all that property
<br />located on Albemarle Court south of County Road B by the installation of
<br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, drainage,
<br />and necessary appurtenances; and

<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice
<br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions
<br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is
<br />$46,483.90, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making
<br />of said improvements amounts to $5,810.91 so that the total cost of the
<br />improvements will be $52,294.81, and of this cost the city will pay
<br />$5,229.49 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically
<br />assessed is hereby dec~ared to be $47,065.32; and

<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. ST-91-10 of the City of Roseville on all that property
<br />in Neighborhood 45, Fairways Lane and Fulham Street area, by the
<br />installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice
<br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions
<br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is
<br />$81,324.25, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making
<br />of said improvements amounts to $93,215.88 so that the total cost of the
<br />improvements will be $174,540.13, and of this cost the city will pay
<br />$131,952.13 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically
<br />assessed is hereby declared to be $42,588.00; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for
<br />Improvement No. ST-91-08 of the city of Roseville on all that property
<br />in Neighborhood 68, Alta vista Drive, Stuber Road, Alameda Street, Roma
<br />Avenue, and st. Albans Street area by the installation of storm sewer
<br />and necessary appurtenances; and
