WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is $88,313.74, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to $27,941.03 so that the total cost of the improvements will be $116,254.77, and of this cost the city will pay $87,323.15 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be $28,931.62. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: 1. The city Manager, together with the assistance of the City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the improvements affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. The City Manager may arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division of the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. 2. The City Manager shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson and the; following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) ) SS COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the city Council of said city held on the date therein indicated with the original of said minutes on file in my office and that said extract is a full, true, and correct transcript of said minutes, insofar as they relate to Improvements: P-89-16, P-89-17, P-91-02-45, ST-91-10, P-91-02-56, P-91-02-57, P-91-02-68, ST-91-08, P-91-03, and P-ST-SS-91-04 under and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended.
