<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />village Council of the village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Wednesday, the 5th <br /> <br />day of August, 1964, at 5:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br /> <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Curley. <br /> <br />Member G3:'auel introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br /> <br />resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1018 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve a portion of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville generally bounded by Victoria Avenue on the east, the <br /> <br />Northern Pacific Railway on the south, Fernwood Avenue on the west <br /> <br />and the Village limits on the north, by the acquisition of an <br /> <br />existing private utility company and the construction-and incor- <br /> <br />poration thereof in a community water system, and to assess the <br /> <br />benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- <br /> <br />ment pursuant to M.S. Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. statutes 1961). <br />
