<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Engineering <br />Company for study and that they are instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a prelim- <br />inary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as <br />to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with <br />same other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />reconunended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Member Shields and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Cederholm, Trustees <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
