<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE HELD August 24 ,1964. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the <br />Village Hall in said Village on the 24th day of August <br />1964, at 8:00 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />I4ayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the fol- <br />lowing resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1027 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CANCELLING REMAINING INSTALLMENTS <br />OF ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWER NO. 3 AND SANITARY SEWER <br />NO. 2 ON CERTAIN PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has acquired <br />the fee simple interest in certain property designated as <br />Park Site 17B, Park Site 17C, Park Site 17I, Park Site 17K, <br />and Park Site 17LL, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the time of said acquisition by <br />the Village of Roseville there were spread upon said prop- <br />erties certain assessments for Sanitary Sewer No. 3 and <br />Sanitary Sewer No.2, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village now desires to cancel the <br />remaining installments due on said sewer assessments for <br />the property so acquired by the Village: <br />
