NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: Commencing with the installment due and payable in 1965, the entire balance of the assessment for special improvements known as Sanitary Sewer No. 3 and Sanitary Sewer No. 2 on the following properties are hereby cancelled: That part of the Northwest quarter (NW\) of Section eleven (11), Township twenty- nine (29), Range Twenty three (23), de- scribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Northwest quarter (NW~) Fourteen hundred twenty-one and fifty-five one hundredths (1421.55) feet North of the West quarter (W\) corner of said section eleven (11); thence East at 900 to West line of said Section Five Hundred forty-three and no tenths (543.0) feet to a point; thence North at 900 Two hundred two (202) feet to a point; thence West at 900, three hundred twenty (320) feet to a point; thence South at 900 Seventy-seven (77) feet to a point; thence West two hundred twenty-three (223) feet to a point on the West line of said Section Eleven (11), said point being Fifteen hun- dred forty-six and fifty-five one hundredths (1546.55) feet North of the West quarter (W\) corner of said Section eleven (11), Township twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty- three (23); thence south to point of beginning, except the Westerly thirty- three (WIly 33') feet thereof taken for North Lexington Avenue, and together with an easement for driveway over the North ten (10) feet of the North sixty (60) feet of the East One hundred ninety (190) feet of the West Two hundred twenty- three (223) feet of the South Sixteen hun- dred six and fifty-five one hundredths (1605.55) feet of said Northwest quarter (NW\) of Section Eleven (11), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty three (23), all in Ramsey County, Minnesota.
