It is further determined that the amoUDt of the total expense of said consolidated improvements which the Village of RosevUle shall pay, other than any amount which it will pay as a property owner, is $ 988,476 J and that the amoUDt to be assessed upon benefited properties, within the areas hel'etofore determined to be specially benefited by said consolidated improvements, is ~,2,571,242 . 3. The Village Clerk, with the assistance of the er gineers heretofore selected by the Council for the planning and supervision of se.id consolidated im- provements, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specie.lly assessed therefor against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of lane., without regard to cash valuation, in accordance with the prOVisions of Minnesote, Statutes, Section 429.051. When completed, the proposed assessment roll shallle filed with the Clerk and shall be open to public inspection, and the Clerk shall plesent the same to this COUDCU at its next meeting thereafter, for such further actic'n as may then be deemed necessary and expedient.. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Goodrich , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
