<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereo~ a special <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Council Chambers in the Village <br /> <br />Hall in said village on Wednesday, the <br /> <br />9th <br /> <br />day of September, <br /> <br />1964, at 6~4JSJ olclock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: t'layor Cedarholm, Trustees <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1 en 1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO LONG LAKE ROAD, COUNTY <br />ROAD B-2, ST. CROIX STREET STREET IMPROVEMENT, <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Long Lake Road, County <br />Road B-2, St. Croix Street Street Improvement of the Village of <br />Roseville, in the area described in the legal notice thereof and <br />the resolution thereto, and the contract price for such improvement <br />is $ 302,219.01 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred <br />in the making of said improvement amount to $ 48, i'90. 47 so that <br />the total cost of the improvement will be $ 351,0(9.48 ; and of this <br />cost the village will pay $ l7G,063.96 as its share of the cost, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />I. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is <br />hereby declared to be $ 174,945.52 <br />
