<br />2. The Village Clerk - Administrator, together with the <br />assistance of the village engineer, consulting engineer and fiscal <br />consultant, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be <br />specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable <br />lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without <br />regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a <br />copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspec- <br />tion. The Village Clerk - Administrator may arrange for the <br />assistance of the Machine Accounting Division of the County of <br />Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The Village Clerk - Administrator shall, upon completion <br />of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their <br />further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing <br />therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by !;!er,U1er Curley <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: :'Jone <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
