<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 21, 1964. <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne sota, was duly <br />and regularly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />September 21, 1964 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, and <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields; <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following re solution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1047. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota and the Village of Roseville <br />entered into a cooperative agreement dated September 30, 1963, whereby <br />the Village of Roseville is to be responsible for certain flowage easements; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, some of the land subject to these flowage easements <br />should be released from said easements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed that the land to be released from these <br />flowage easements should pay a proportionate share of the cost of financing <br />certain improvements in the Village to alleviate the drainage problem in <br />the area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed that upon payment of the above <br />proportionate share of the cost of financing such improvements, the said <br />land should be released from these flowage easements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, S. L. Wasie and E. L. Murphy, Jr., have offered to <br />pay to the Village the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for the <br />release of certain lands subject to the flowage easement, <br />
