IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Mayor and Manager be authorized to execute an agreement between the Village of Roseville and S. L. Wasie and E. L. Murphy, Jr., a copy of said agreement being attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof by reference, being Exhibit "A" of this Resolution. 2. That the State Highway Department be requested and directed, pursuant to the terms of the cooperative agreement between the State of Minnesota and the Village of Roseville dated September 30, 1963, to issue all necessary documents to S. L. Wasie and E. L. Murphy, Jr., releasing the land in question from the said flowage easement. 3. The Village Manager is hereby directed to issue any permits necessary for the filling of said real property to the owners thereof, upon receipt of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) from S. L. Wasie and E. L. Murphy, Jr. 4. In the event that certain laws prohibit the State Highway Department from executing the release of said flowage easement, the Village shall make an effort to have the easement released by the State Legislature. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields, and upon a vote being taken thereon, all members voted in favor thereof; WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
