<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF Tlill VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, October 19, 1964 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall in said Village on M6nday, <br /> <br />the 19th day of October, 1964 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarllolm, Trustees Curley, <br /> <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1069 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville, together with four other villages <br />in Ramsey County, participated in obtaining a sewer rate study, which was <br />made by Greeley and Hansen, Engineers, of the City of Chicago, Illinois; <br />and <br /> <br />fmEREAS, the said rate study, together with recommendations, having <br />been completed and delivered to the respective communities for which the <br />work was performed; and <br /> <br />\~IElffiAS, the conclusions reached in this study indicate that in order <br />to achieve an equitable system of charging for sewer service which the <br />City of St. Paul makes available to the suburbs, the present rate structure <br />should be changed; and <br /> <br />WlllilffiAS, the Greeley and Hansen report having been delivered, is a <br />public document, copies of which have been made available to some members <br />of the St. Paul Technical Committee and it is probable that other persons <br />may see fit to make critical comments that would unjustly reflect against <br />present officholders and officials of the City of St. Paul; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the Village of Roseville <br />in an effort to maintain cooperative and constructive relations with the <br />City of St. Paul and its officials, hereby offers the following comments: <br />
