<br />RESOLUTIONS NOS. 1128, 1129 and 1130 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council, Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said <br /> <br />Village on Monday, the 28th day of December, 1964, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Goodrich, Trustees Curley, Grauel and <br /> <br />Shields <br /> <br />and the follOl'ling was absent: Mayor Cedarholm <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1128 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER <br />IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 AND <br />64-6 ASSESS~~NTS, PREPAID ASSESS~ffiNTS OF <br />MINNESOTA TIWiSFER RAILWAY COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEHEAS pursuant to statute, a public hearing regarding <br /> <br />proposed assessments on consolidated Water Improvements numbered <br /> <br />62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 was held, and on October 12, 1964 a resolution <br /> <br />confirming assessments for said water improvement as ~lended was adopted, <br /> <br />which resolution provided a period of 30 days for prepayment for pre- <br /> <br />payment without interest penalty for O\<lllers of any parcels of land, and <br /> <br />thereafter said assessment roll to be transmitted to the County Auditor's <br /> <br />office to be extended upon the proper tax lists of the county for collection, <br /> <br />and <br />
