That the prepayments of the Minnesota Transfer <br />Railroad Company in the above amounts is hereby deemed and <br />determined by the village to have been timely received, without <br />interest penalty to be assessed, and that said assessment shall <br />be marked "prepaid", and the County Auditor shall not be required <br />to extend said assessment for collection as provided in said <br />assessment resolution, assessment roll, and certificate of trans- <br />mittal. <br />2. That the village manager is directed to send a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County and the Machine Accounting Division of Ramsey County to <br />effectuate the foregoing, and the Ramsey County Auditor is hereby <br />lrected and authorized to proceed in accordance herewith and as <br />,rovided herein and to remove said assessments heretofore cer: ~jed <br />by the Council to him as to the foregoing above described pare <br />lumbers. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resoluti <br /> <br />was duly seconded by _ Grauel <br /> <br />and upon vote being <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopt0~ <br />
