<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, held January UL--, 19650 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on January -!.!-, 1965, at 7::::300 p.m. The <br />following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO .1145 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CANCELLING ASSESSMENT FOR SPECIAL <br />IMPROVEMENT ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />1964. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville acquired in 1964 <br />for storm drainage, the parcel of property as hereinafter <br />described, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said parcel of property had, at the time <br />it was acquired by the Village, assessment for local <br />improvements which had been spread against said parcel of <br />property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville now desires to <br />cancel said spread assessment because of its ownership <br />of said parcel of property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE.~. MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
