<br />That the special assessment for local improvement <br />now spread against the following described property for <br />the local improvement as hereinafter shown may be and <br />it hereby is, cancelled as to the remaining balance due <br />on said assessment, commencing with the installment <br />payable in 1965: <br /> <br />Except East Twenty Feet (E.20r) and <br />except West Twenty-five Feet (W.25r), <br />Lot Eleven (11), Block One (1), Golden <br />Oaks, according to the plat thereof <br />on file and of record in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota.
