<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />April 23, 1957 <br /> <br />ft//{.. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meet- <br /> <br />ing of the ViDage Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall in said <br /> <br />Village on the 23rd day of April, 1957 at 8:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />BRE.t~NA.n-lt'CARLSON*KITTS*HA.MMERSTEN ahd MCGEE <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Me mb e r HAMMERSTEN <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.1, PROJECTS 9 & 10. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village <br /> <br />Council on December 30, 1955, the Banister Engineering Com- <br /> <br />pany, consulting engineers retained for this purpose, has <br /> <br />prepared plans and specifications for Projects 9 and 10 of <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 of said Village and has <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br /> <br />approval, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications for Projects 9 and 10 <br /> <br />of said Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 are hereby approved <br /> <br />.,. <br /> <br />and ordered placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk <br /> <br />and are made a part hereof. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the official newspaper of the Village and in the Construc- <br /> <br />tion Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of <br /> <br />such improvement under such approved plans and specifications <br />
